BUD NEAL
Bud Neal, an Arizona native, has been in the Arizona electrical representative business for over 38 years. Over that time he started and successfully sold two Electrical sales agencies. I.e. AZ Sun Sales and Neal Sales to Kenny Miller who built Neal – Miller Sales, now Miller Sales. Bud continued Neal Sales, Inc. after his last sale to Miller. Neal Sales specializes in Med-Voltage Apparatus and has the unique capability to package projects and accepts unit responsibility. Neal Sales has participated in some of the biggest electrical packages put together in Arizona. At the Palo Verde Nuclear Generations station, Neal Sales ... Substation steel, Strut and hangers. Neal Sales also participated in the Central Arizona Project supplying all 5 pump stations with power transformers, switch gear, bus, cable tray and supports. Neal sales has also completed numerous smaller projects including substation and med-voltage gear for Data Centers, the last 5 med-voltage gear additions to SRP Generation Stations. Neal Sales was recently named authorized Cooper Distributor of FR 3 bulk fluid. Bud has formed an alliance with Dave Massie of Massie Electric LLC. Dave Massie has the experience and capability to service med-voltage and large power transformers as well as general substation maintenance.

Bud is an honor graduate from the University Of Arizona College Of Business with a major Economics. He also was a guest executive speaker at the Arizona State University College of Business on market strategies. Bud has served on the board of directors of the Phoenix University Club, the White Mountain Summer Homes Home Owner's Association, several club committees, founding member of Profit a Phoenix business breakfast club who shared business leads, past President of Rotary East, delegate to Brigham England International Rotary convention and Paul Harris fellow. Bud has also served on rep councils with Midland Ross, Daniel Woodhead, T & R Electric. Bud is also a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds and was a past Medicine Man and a long time member of the Million Dollar Sales Club. The Thunderbirds support numerous valley charities with their yearly and well known fundraising event, the Waste Management Phoenix Open.

Neal Sales supports Helping Hands and other local charities.

Bud and his wife Claudia have two children, Bud Jr. and Abby. Bud Jr. lives in Phoenix and Abby is a licensed attorney and counsel for Neal Sales. Bud enjoys spending time with family, friends, and two Scotties, and enjoys golfing.

MASSIE ELECTRIC LLC, DAVE MASSIE

Dave retired from SRP as the East Side Substation Maintenance Manager. Dave uses the best of practice methods in working Substation applications. Massie is an authorized Cooper contractor for retro filling transformers with Cooper Fr 3 fluid. Together Neal Sales and Massie Electric are building an impressive resume of Fr 3 retro fill clients, including recent jobs at AEP Generation Station, FMI Miami and FMI Bagdad.

Massie Electric has successfully completed over 70,000 gallons of Bulk FR3 fluid retrofills over the last year.

OFFICE MANAGER, SHERI WARE

Sheri’s background is in office management, bookkeeping and purchasing. She was the Sales and Purchasing Coordinator from 2006 thru 2009 for a manufactures representative company. Placing purchase orders with vendors to fulfill customer sales orders, scheduling and tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments, expediting and customer service, problem solving, striving to always keep the customers satisfied.

From 1998 thru 2006 she was the Office Manager/Bookkeeper for a history museum, responsible for the day to day activities of running the museum. This included all accounting aspects, from accounts payables/receivables to preparing monthly financial statements. She supervised sixty active volunteers, acted as Director/Volunteer Liaison. Assisted in the planning and implementing of special events and fundraising activities. Computer designed and generated quarterly newsletters and bulletins. Provided computer support for staff, including troubleshooting, document formatting, mid-level maintenance and software back-up. She managed the Museum gift store, including all purchasing, inventory control and display.
POWELL SERVICE DIVISION WESTERN SALES MANAGER, GREG SALZ

Greg works out of our Scottsdale office. Prior to joining Powell Service, Greg was Neal Sales Manager of inside sales for 10 yrs. Powell is a favored line of Neal Sales & Greg is a trusted source of information heavy Industrials and Utilities.

SPECIAL SALES CONSULTANT, GUS SWANSON

G W “Gus” Swanson former Managing director of ISCOSA, Saudi Arabia (subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Corp) and prior Western Area Service Manager of Westinghouse Engineering Service. Gus is a special sales assistant to Bud. Gus’s contacts and sales experience is a great asset to Neal Sales.
